Made by Le Gall, a century-old French family-run creamery, this traditional butter is crafted from 100% grass-fed (full-year grazing) cream. The perfect complement to our artisan breads, it takes 24 hours to produce, using carefully selected creams churned in traditional barrels. We are excited for you to experience its unique flavor and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
