Water, Durum Wheat Flour, Potato, Eggs, Salt.
- Boil salted water in a large pot (ideally 6 quarts).
- Gently add the frozen Gnocchi, stirring frequently.
- Cook 2-4 minutes until the Gnocchi float to the top.
- Drain well in a colander.
- Tip: In a hot pan, melt butter, add the Gnocchi and toss until golden!
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
