- Preheat regular oven to 400°F.
- Put frozen loaf on middle rack without a baking sheet.
- Bake 18-22 minutes until crust is dark golden brown.
- Important: let cool at least 20 minutes to finish the bake.
Check oven periodically to make sure your loaf is not overbaking. For softer crust, bake covered in foil, with an extra 5 minutes uncovered.
